Photojournalism Training Workshop
In November 2016, the Association held its inaugural photojournalism training workshop, attended by over 30 local media professionals. Guest speakers—including Hai-Tao Li from Xinhua News Agency—delivered lectures and interactive sessions covering fundamental concepts of photojournalism, shooting techniques, and on-site news reporting practices.
Awards and Recognition
The Association regularly conducts award programs recognizing outstanding journalistic works, exemplary Chinese-language media professionals, and outstanding collective achievements, thereby promoting excellence and nurturing talent.
Annual General Meeting
The Association hosts an annual “Golden Autumn” reception to foster communication and collaboration among Chinese-language media outlets, community organizations, and other stakeholders. The Spring Festival Gala “Chinese Stories, Chinese New Year” has become one of the Association’s signature cultural events.
